Sample Language for Bequests
Many of us need to use the assets we have accumulated to provide for our retirement and later years.
So we can provide for a gift to the church or charity by a bequest in our will our trust. A bequest can take several forms:
- a percentage of your estate
- a specific amount
- a particular asset
- a residual or contingent gift
