There are many ways to make a gift from the assets accumulated during a lifetime.  When an individual decides to make a gift to the church from their will or trust, they should also identify the goals they wish to achieve with their estate.

A variety of planned giving strategies can be used to achieve these goals.  The information that follows describes some popular planned giving options.  Some gift plans have tax benefits and other incentives.
