The Board of the United Methodist Foundation took action at its December 2007 meeting to contract with Hammond Associates for invesmtent consulting serving effective February 1, 2008.  New options regarding our invesment program were implemented effective June 1, 2008.  For more information on the review of the invesment program and decisionmaking process, click here.

Hammond Associates’ institutional clients have fared well versus the Russell/Mellon Total Fund Universe over the past 1-, 3-, 5- and 10- year periods. For example, more than 90% of Hammond clients rank in the top half compared to Russell/Mellon Total Fund Universe. Client returns, net of investment fees are described in the table below.  The Moderate Fund's 1-Year return of -14.5% ranks in the top quartile among Hammond Associates clients.
