Important Information Regarding Grant Requests

for the

2009 Foundation Grants Program

 

                   The 2009 Grants process, grants that address the mission and vision of Harvest 2020

                    will be given priority.  Please read the Grant Guidelines carefully and note the

                    additional questions on the 2009 Grant Application.

                   

                  Information regarding Harvest 2020 priorities and goals can be found in the brochure

                  “Harvest 2020,” available from the office of Congregational Development and

                   Redevelopment, Reverend Martin Lee, Director, 312-346-9766, extension 108 or

                  Judith Siaba, Administrative Assistant, extension 124.  The brochure and additional

The United Methodist Foundation will conduct its 2009 grants process during the fall of 2008.  The application will be available by late July!

                                   

 

 Here are some dates and timelines regarding our process:

  • Deadline for applications: September 15, 2008
  • Grant process and site visits: October – early November 2008
  • Grant awards approved by Board: December 3, 2008
  • Award letters: December 10, 2008
  • Grant Reception: January 2009
