Planned Giving

The church has a central role in many life transitions – birth, baptism, confirmation, marriage, death.

We believe this gives the church both opportunity and responsibility to educate church members and friends about the importance of planning for these life events.  The Foundation has information about basic estate planning tools, including wills, advance directives, and charitable giving.

Planned giving programs in the local church provide opportunities for donors to continue faithful stewardship practices with the assets accumulated throughout their lifetime.  It provides churches with resources that will ensure well-maintained facilities and funding for mission and ministry into the future.

We can introduce planned giving strategies that help individuals and families meet their goals of their estate plans.  We will be pleased to conduct seminars on planned giving and estate planning.  And we have Resources for Church Use  that can be used to provide information about these important life and death topics.
