Fees for Investment Services
The goals established by the Foundation’s Board of Directors for our investment program are to:
- offer an exemplary investment program with options to meet the needs of local churches and agencies;
- honor our commitment to socially responsible investment, and
- offer reasonable returns on investment, all at a competitive fee for these services.
In designing our investment program, our investment consultant recommended and the Foundation Board approved a plan to use indexed funds in those asset classes that are considered efficient markets, especially domestic and international stocks. The selected investment managers customize the chosen indexes to meet our socially responsible investment guidelines. Our three funds contain the same asset classes and funds in differing allocations. This allows for some further economies of scale.
These strategies have realized fee savings while keeping our investment products competitive.
The chart below provides a breakdown of annual fees for each fund. Fees are charged to investment accounts monthly at a rate of 1/12 of the annual rates quoted in the table below. Please contact us for a breakdown of fees by investment manager.
